Online check-in: What is it? - easyJet

easyJet airlines provide their passengers only with the online check-in option. Check-in at the airport is not possible with this low-cost carrier.

How to check-in online with easyJet? After the carrier launches its check-in service, eSky customers receive a link to the data form.

What information should you provide when checking in online?

easyJet airlines ask passengers for detailed information that will enable the generation of boarding passes. The data includes:

  • date of birth,
  • nationality,
  • document type (identity card or passport),
  • number and series of document,
  • issuing country,
  • issue and expiry date of document.

Attention! The scope of data may vary depending on the route and entry regulations of the country of arrival.

After receipt, the boarding passes should be printed and collected together with the document confirming the data used to perform check-in.

When is the eSky customer given an easyJet boarding pass?

eSky customers with purchased online check-in service can provide the data needed for check-in before the airline’s launching of the service. In this case, they can do this immediately after receiving an email from eSky with a link to the secure form through which they can provide their data. At the moment of launching check-in, we will immediately carry out the whole process on behalf of the passenger and send them the generated printable boarding passes to the e-mail address provided.

eSky customers who do not purchase the mentioned service will receive a link to the form to be filled in on the airline’s website at the time of launching check-in. Next, they will receive the generated boarding pass that should be printed before arriving at the airport.

* In some cases, eSky customers using easyJet services will receive boarding passes at the airport after online check-in. If this situation occurs, we will immediately inform the passenger. In that case, the passenger should travel to the airport with the document used for check-in and collect their boarding pass from the airline employees.

Failure to check-in online or to take the printed boarding passes with you to the airport will result in non-admission on board the aircraft.
