Stuttgart Airport is located in the southern part of Germany, 13 km from the center of Stuttgart. The annual number of passengers and visitors to the airport (around 4 million) contributes to the fact that Stuttgart is one of the six largest airports in Germany. In 2011, the airport served over 9.5 million passengers. This port also plays a very important role in air traffic at the international level. Well-developed public transport allows you to get from the airport to the center of Stuttgart and to smaller, nearby towns. Stops are located in front of the arrival terminals.
Rail
By train from the city center of Stuttgart to the airport, you can reach the S-Bahn S2 or S3, getting on at the main station. The train goes directly to the airport and the journey time is 27 minutes. During the week, trains run from 4:55 to 0:25, every 10-20 minutes. However, on holidays and public holidays, the train runs from 5:25 every 30 minutes. The train taking the route from the airport to Stuttgart begins its course at 5:08 and ends at 0:08
Taxis are located at the terminal exits. Getting to the city center takes about 20 minutes.

P1 and P3 car parks, as well as P4 and P6 multilevel garages, allow you to leave your car for a short period of time. On the other hand, parking P0 and covered P2, P8, P10, P11 are used to park the car for longer. The first hour of parking in the P0 car park is free of charge.
