Batumi is a city in the southwestern part of Georgia, on the Black Sea coast. It is the capital of the autonomous territorial unit of Adjaria. It has more than one hundred and fifty thousand inhabitants. It is the third biggest city in the country.

However, before you critically judge it, take into account that the Georgia citizens have a completely different taste, besides – the passion for huge, original and colorful buildings is charming and makes the country even more special. Visiting Georgia will certainly be an exotic experience.
When in Batumi, going to the promenade – Batumi Boulevard is a must. It is located along the coast, along the beautiful pebble beach and has a length of eight kilometers. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll even see dolphins swimming here!
