Very rude , I wasn't happy when they send me to the office, saying I haven't checked in. Which I had with the app. Also paid for my seats, big regret because plane was empty. When I went she didn't even check My details just completed the receipt for 45 euros. Which is a rip off.

Méchant et Raciste! Je suis polyglotte je parle 6 langue mais quand vous arrivez dans un aéroport où ont ne parle que l’albanais c'est d'une tristesse et non évolution pas sympathique moqueur service au client zéro 😡
