The crew

The crew on the ground were polite. There was a small queue while waiting to get boarding passes. They handled it well. The prayer before talk off was superb!

Passport officers are very bad

totally unpleasant

too crowded, no facilities, no easy connection to wifi, smelling, disgustble toilets always queuing,

No words to describe an very old terminal

Should have been removed

Unexpected airport

Clean with good facilities. But unexpectedly poor and dated. No trains connected to the north terminal. Could have been a better front to Saudi Arabia. Some people are smoking (I don’t want to say who). Saying that, all staff are very polite and helpful. Very generous staff

Personnel à l aéroport sont très gentils serviable franchement rien à dire

Pas de WIFI

Embarquement par un escalier extérieur après un bus. Aucune aide pour les bagages à main. Pas de WIFI pour une escale de près de 3 h.

Bardzo dobrze

Trochę chaosu przy obsłudze turystów z wizą turystyczną (brak doświadczenia), widać, że starają się zapewnić maksymalnie bardzo dobrą obsługę, która jest zorganizowana na wysokim poziomie i ponadprzeciętnym standardzie. Ogólnie lotnisko dość sprawne przy tej ilości podróżujących pielgrzymów.
